How to Book:

Choose Your Access – Already a member? Great! You can go straight to the timetable. Not a member yet? Purchase a casual Once Off Pass ($50) or sign up for a Membership first.

View the Timetable – After signing up to a membership or purchasing a once off pass, click the timetable link to see available sessions.

Select Your Session – Browse the timetable to find your desired class or service (e.g. All inclusive recovery).

Book Your Spot – Choose your time, confirm, and your booking is locked in.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.

All members must book their sessions in advance.

An app is no longer required for bookings, simply access the timetable link below.

Boost recovery and reduce inflammation with cold water immersion. Ice baths are ideal post-training to reduce muscle fatigue, swelling, and soreness.
