Updated Booking & Payment Procedures

After careful consideration, and with our move to Wynnum now officially underway, we are implementing updated booking and payment procedures to better support and protect our therapists.

Due to an ongoing number of **no-shows and last-minute cancellations**, we will now require **full payment upfront for all appointments booked with our staff**.

This change is necessary to protect our therapists’ time, income and availability, and to ensure that appointments are treated with the commitment they require. We understand that circumstances can arise; however, repeated no-shows and late cancellations have a direct impact on our staff and their ability to earn an income.

**Please note:** Lisa has an established client list, and this payment policy will **not apply to her existing clients**.

For all appointments with our staff:

* Full payment will be required at the time of booking.
* An invoice/receipt will be provided following the completed treatment for clients wishing to claim through private health insurance.
* Any appointments **rebooked on the day of treatment** will also require full payment upfront.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we introduce these procedures. These changes are being implemented to ensure fairness, consistency and, most importantly, to protect the time and income of our dedicated therapists.
