COURSE 1: INTRODUCTION TO MASSAGE
Learn Basic Massage Techniques
Course Overview
This beginner-friendly course introduces you to foundational massage techniques in a practical, hands-on setting. No qualifications or experience are required.
It’s ideal for anyone considering massage as a career, as well as those who simply want to learn how to massage their partner safely and effectively.

This course focuses on stretching other people, not exercise-based stretching like Pilates or yoga. You’ll learn practical, assisted stretching techniques that can be used on partners, clients, or friends.
